Let’s learn how to get back this reserved bandwidth. Follow the process:

11.       Press  windows key+R and write gpedit.msc

22.       From the new window select Computer Configuration>Administrative Templates

33.       Double click on Network

44.       Double click on QoS packet Scheduler

55.       Double click on limit reservable Bandwidth

66.       A new window will appear.

77.       Check the “Enabled” box.

88.       Set the Bandwidth limit (%) to 0

99.       Apply

110.   Ok
